As we step into the Year of The Horse, join us for a high-energy night designed to help you let go, reset and move forward with momentum.
Natalie and Rusty will lead the room through an immersive experience with music, intention, and a powerful interactive release moment that helps you leave what’s heavy behind and step into what’s next.
This is not a goal-setting workshop and it is not a sound bath. Refreshments will be served. Men and women welcome.
At the end of the night, we’ll share details for Sunday Sound; a 6-week sound series hosted here at The Alley Loft for anyone who wants to keep the momentum going.
