1. Family-Friendly Performance: The Artist agrees to perform a family-friendly show, ensuring that the content and language used during the performance are suitable for all ages.

2. Sound Equipment: The Artist will be responsible for providing their own sound equipment for the performance.

3. Volume and Intimacy: The Alley on Center offers an intimate performance environment. The Artist agrees to maintain an appropriate volume level during the performance, allowing the audience to communicate and enjoy the show comfortably.

4. Security of Music Gear: The Artist will not leave their music gear unattended at any time during the event. The Venue will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Artist's equipment.

5. Promotion and Marketing: The Venue will promote the event through its website. The Artist is encouraged to do the same through their social media and promotional platforms.

6. Merchandise Sales: The Artist may have the opportunity to sell their merchandise during the event. The Venue shall not be responsible for any merchandise transactions, and any proceeds from merchandise sales shall be retained entirely by the Artist.

7. Cancelation: If the Artist or the Alley needs to cancel the show as much advance notice will be given as possible.
